Our Mission Statement

Russellville Youth Baseball Association encourages youth development, for ages 3-14, by providing opportunities for personal and athletic growth.  RYBA promotes sportsmanship, self-esteem, discipline, honesty, integrity, and the development of other life skills through engaging youth in sports while providing a safe, healthy, positive environment where the youth of our community can learn the fundamentals of sports.

About RYBA

Baseball: Baseball is our one and only focus. We are a non-for-profit organization solely focused on baseball for the youth of Russellville, AR and surrounding communities.

Background Checks: For the safety of our players, umps and spectators, RYBA requires a back-ground check to be completed for each team manager. Our players are the youth of our future, we aim to keep them safe!

Umpires: RYBA umpires are trained, supervised and informed. They umpire in our league because they love America’s game.

Registration Fees: RYBA is a non-for-profit organization allowing us to keep registration fees to a minimum! Included in our fees are player uniforms for 8 and below (shirts and hat) in addition to some team equipment for each team. We strive to keep our fees manageable for each family in our community so that every child who wants to play baseball is given the opportunity.
